1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payments
- Payment is required to use the booth before starting the session.
- Payment should be securely done through the available payment modes [Credit card, Debit card, UPI].
- We reserve the right to held person/user accountable for any fraud or misconduct of payment while using our Photo Booths.
3. Prices
We sell 4 pictures and 2 strips for INR 200, additional copies can be provided in the multiples of 2 strips only.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Payments made are non-refundable however we are open to assist you in case of receiving bad or faulty product due to technical errors.
- Customers can raise a written concerns to our mail id - photoboothbengaluru@gmail.com with legitimate proof attached.
- In case of refund the amount will be credited to original source within 5-7 working days.
- We cannot assist refunds incase of change in mind or denial after using our services.
5. Service Limitations
We will make every effort to provide continuous service but are not liable for any disruptions due to equipment failure or other unforeseen issues.
6. Liability
- Users are liable for any damage caused to our equipment, Booth interior, exterior or damage caused by violating the terms of usage/operation of booth.
- A penalty will be charged to the users based on the nature and extent of damage caused decided by the authority.
7. Data and Privacy
- All the photo data collected through our booths are stored securely and used only in line with our Privacy Policy.
- All the photo data are erased finishing the session.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
